Sub: Floating enquiry to the PHE (Public Health Engineering) enlisted contractor in connection with PHE work, Govt. of West Bengal.

Scope of work: 1) Opening out big size R.C.C top slab over big covered drain and also at culvert areas, re-fixing the same after cleaning of all the drains after completion of job.

2) Regular cleaning of all the inside factory surface drains/Main office drains as per specification of PHE DTE. Govt. of West Bengal in AR FORM NO. 22. Taking out clay garbage's & surplus from drains, staking the same by the side of the drains, spreading bleaching powder daily after completion of job, after drying the garbage's removal of the same with hand trolley at a distance place as directed at site. This job will be done every day except Sundays/factory off days to get proper drainage system and trouble free service.

3) Security quarter regular cleaning of all the drains as per specification of PHE DTE. Govt. of West Bengal in AR FORM NO. 22. Taking out clay garbage's by the side of the drains spreading bleaching powder after completion of job, after drying the garbage's removal of the same with hand trolley at a distance place as directed at site. This job will be done every day except Sundays/factory off days to get proper drainage system and trouble free service.

N.B. Hand trolley, bleaching powder and acid are to be supplied by BCPL at free of cost as per requirements
