Sub: Waterproofing on the terrace (2nd floor top) of Quality Control Building at Maniktala works.

Description of works:-

a) Taking out of old bitumen felt from the roof surface including cleaning area 646 Sqm. and removing of debris from the site to a specific place as advising by Engineer in charge (approx 700m from working site).

b) Repairing of existing cracks by making V Shape and filling the poly sulphide sealent SHALISEAL PS & SHALIBAR Manufactured by STP LTD.

c) Grading the roof for waterproofing treatment with 1:6 cement men tar for avg 15-20 mm by keeping the necessary slope.
d) Providing & laying APP (Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated bitumen membrane SUPERTHERMOLAY 3mm. Thick with a non oven polyester reinforcement black finish with a thin thermo fusible polyester thin on both side manufactured by STP LTD.

Area: 646 Sqm.

Terms & conditions:-

1) Debris to be removed from site as advise by BCPL.
2) Proper precaution to be taken during working on rooftop.
3) Stair case to be cleaned properly if it use during work.
4) Any type of misconduct will not be allowed in the factory premises.
5) Payment will be made on the basis of actual measurement of work.
6) Warrantee:-10 Years from the completion of job.
