1) Sampling & testing of drinking water within our factory & main office by a Govt. approval laboratory & obtaining test analysis report for submitting the same to the PHE Directorate, Govt. of West Bengal along with annual return as required under the rules complete job.

2) Sampling & testing of effluent water discharged from all the 16 nos. septic tank of factory & main office by a Govt. approval laboratory & obtaining test analysis report.

3) Patch up repairing from insides outsides 16 nos. septic tanks with sand, cement, stone chips, cutting & taking out damaged portion of plaster, replacing the same including neat cement finish patch up repairing to reattached 16 nos. sock pits chlorine chamber, constant water level tanks zigzag portion of the top slab where necessary. Sub: Floating enquiry to the enlisted contractor in connection with work of Directorate PHE (Public Health Engineering) dept. Govt. of West Bengal.

Description of work :-

1) Desludging, cleaning & flushing of 16 nos. septic tanks as per specification of PHE directorate Govt. of West Bengal excavating dumping pits adjacent to each tank, cutting jungles & cleaning the working site. Surrounding to each septic tanks & soak pits, removal of sludge to the pits cleaning the chambers of the tanks. Covering dumping pits in proper manner with loose earth & spreading bleaching powder, making arrangement for Govt. inspection & obtaining inspector report.

2) Cleaning the all soak pits attached to septic tanks unloading the khoas from the soak pits staking & washing the same & refilling the khoas again in proper grading as per specification of PHE Directorate Govt. of West Bengal.

3) Cleaning all the underground sewerage lines connected to septic tanks & total blocks deslugding & cleaning of PHE Directorate Govt. of West Bengal.

4) Liaison, handling, prefatory collection of necessary technical data as required under the rules & submission of annual return in a prescribed formed no 22 of PHE Directorate Govt. of West Bengal for the year 2013 obtaining acknowledgment for the said Govt. 		Maniktala Closed on
